The woodwork in this condo was 30 years old and was really beaten up by furniture moving, vacuuming, renovations, and the recent floor installation. The crown moulding had originally been stained and somewhere along the line they decided to paint over the beautiful stained wood. They didn't do the best job, so there were many nail holes unfilled, nails not set correctly from the original installation, and none of the original imperfections had been addressed. The woodwork in this 2200 square foot condo has over 60 man hours in preparation alone (repeated filling, sanding, refilling, sanding.) 10 hours of priming and sanding and then 5 hours of the finish spraying.
