Client Testimonial:

Faith Des Peres Presbyterian Church is very pleased with the exterior restoration work that Ladue Painting did on our old stone church located at the bend in Geyer Road in Frontenac. The building is 178 years old and is on the National Register of Historic Places. At the time that Ladue Painting was hired, the church’s eight windows were in critical need of re-glazing. Ladue Painting did a superior job of re-pointing, re-glazing, and trim painting all of the windows. This was detailed work given the very narrow trim around the small panes of glass comprising each window. The job was done cleanly and smoothly.
There was a large amount of dark residue covering many of the stones, particularly on the north side of the building. Ladue Painting cleaned the stones, being careful to research proper care of the hand-hewn native limestone. Another excellent job with great attention to detail.

The wood soffit and fascia were also in deteriorating condition, again particularly on the north side. Ladue Painting cleaned, scraped, primed and painted all of the soffit and fascia. We are extremely pleased with not only the appearance, but also with the structural improvements to this historic treasure in our community.
